Sunday Morning Worship at 10 AM, join us in-person or for virtual worship on Facebook Live.

This fall Sunday School will be on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month for children in Jr. K and up, with Sunday School teacher Elizabeth Annand!

Saturday, September 17 – Bottle Drive Fundraiser. We will be accepting wine, liquor and beer bottles and beer cans in the church parking lot between 10 am and 12 noon on this date. Please spread the word to friends and family and neighbours. If you are not available that date you might consider taking your collection to the beer store yourself and donating the proceeds to the Bottle Drive. One or two more volunteers are needed. Can you spare a little time to help for a few hours? Contact: Marcia Gaudet

Our 2nd Hand Shop is OPEN! Saturdays, 9:30 to 12:30. If you have items in very good, clean to donate, please first contact Sheryl MacPhail, as we are very limited in space, and unable to accept everything. If you may be interested in helping in the shop, often or occasionally, Sheryl will be pleased to hear from you. Cash only. Masks are required.

Tuesday, September 20 – Study Group resumes with evening prayer at 7:30 pm, followed by some fellowship time and the study at 8 pm. We will continue with our hybrid format of, in person and on Zoom. (No Study Group October 4)

Wednesday Mornings – Morning Prayer from the rectory, 9 am, on our Facebook page. The stream will go live shortly before 9 am. Rev. Dana will go live on the Facebook page, not the reminder, at approximately 8:57 each Wednesday morning. The services will remain available for viewing until the next week.

Krafty Knitters meet in Anne Silvey’s garden 2 to 4 pm, the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. In case of rain meeting will be at the church, downstairs. Contact: Anne Silvey

Thursdays 10:30 – noon – Rev. Dana’s Drop-In Office. She will be just inside the north (James St.) doors from 10:30 am until 12 noon, mainly for parishioners to drop off offerings, or pick up items.

Saturday, October 1 – Fall garden clean-up – Starting at 9 am. We need volunteers to come and help. Please come if you can, even if you can come for part of the morning. Every bit of help is valued.

Sunday, October 2 – Animal Blessing and Thanksgiving – 2-3 pm.

As we have done for the last few years, this year will be a drop-in event rather a service, in part because it makes a more inviting event not only for parishioners who don’t have to try to keep active animals still for longer period of time, but for other community members who may wish to bring their pets. So plan to drop in anytime between 2 and 3 pm, I will be in the parking lot to offer a prayer of blessing and thanksgiving. You can choose to come and go, or to stay and visit with others over refreshments (humans, dogs and cats). In the case of rain, I will be there with an umbrella and blessings can done in your car, another advantage of a drop-in event, no muddy paws in the church. Invite your friends and neighbours, and dog park or walking buddies.

First Wednesday of the month, 7:30 pm – Soul Survivors. Anyone affected by cancer or chronic illness is welcome (you or your family). Meetings are held usually the first Wednesday of each month. Contact: Gretchen Dewhirst.

Sunday, October 30 – Family Service

When there is a fifth Sunday in the month, the service will be a family service for all ages. Since the first time we have a family service this fall will be October 30, we have decided to invite kids and adults alike to wear their Halloween costume to church! This sounds like an exciting Sunday! What will you be wearing?

Our Soup Sale will be back again this fall!

Once a month from November to March. Orders are due the week before pick-up, so those making soup will know how many jars to prepare for pick-up day.

If you have a favorite soup that you would love to share with others, there will be a sign-up sheet at the church or you can email Elizabeth at

If you don’t know how to make soup, but would like to help in some way, Elizabeth will make a soup if you buy the ingredients!  Our Soup Fundraiser did really well last year, and we would like to have it throughout the winter this year.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Homemade for the Holidays Sale – Saturday, December 3, 9 am to 1 pm

Last year’s Christmas Sale was so much fun and so successful, we have decided to do it again and we need your help with baking, preserves, home crafts and more. Now is also the time to start thinking about what preserves you might be able to donate, as you make your jams, jellies, pickles and other preserves this year. Whether you donate a whole batch or a sampling from your usual creations, all are appreciated.

Calling All Crafters!  The Krafty Knitters are looking for “Santa’s Helpers” to make items for our craft stall. There are projects for all skill levels and we will provide you with yarn, supplies and a pattern. Thank you for your time, patience and caring.
