Sunday School resumes September 19. We will be offering Sunday School the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month, for children JK and up. Children will begin downstairs at this time and join families for communion.

refreshments you wish to enjoy (they can’t be shared), and a mask to wear when moving around and if we go

Sunday, September 26 – Jacqui Getfield of Black Anglicans of Canada will speak with us about how we can
confront racism in our communities. It will be recorded and shown during the service and at 1 pm, Jacqui will join
interested persons via Zoom for a deeper engagement with the subject and concepts. This will be in our parish
Wednesday September 29, from 7:00pm-8:30pm Via Zoom, Toronto Urban Native Ministry is hosting an evening about the legacy of Residential Schools, with Sandra Campbell. Sandra shared with our study group last year, and was one of the speakers featured in our service of National Day of Prayer for Indigenous People. This is a ticketed event, only $10 with proceeds going to Indigenous education and support programs. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite at www.tunm.ca
Saturday, October 2, 9 am – Calling for volunteers for our Fall Garden Clean-up. If you can, please bring garden
tools, hedge trimmers, extension cords with you. Any donation of garden garbage bags would be appreciated.

Sunday, October 3 – Blessing of the Animals, 2 to 3 pm. Rev. Dana will be providing a drive-by, or walk-by
blessing for all pets that come along.
Every Wednesday morning – Morning Prayer from the rectory, 9 am, on our Facebook page. The stream will go live shortly before 9 am. Rev. Dana will go live on the Facebook page, not the reminder, at approximately 8:57 each Wednesday morning. The services will remain available for viewing until the next week.
Every Thursday morning – Rev. Dana’s drop-in office visits at the north doors, 10:30 till noon. Physical distancing and masks are still required. She will be outside the James Street doors for BRIEF visits, to receive offering and for pickup of newsletters, other church-related information and if anyone would like reserve communion. Please remember that this is not a private forum and so if you wish to discuss something more personal, please contact her to arrange an alternative visit. In case of inclement weather she will be inside the doors, but can only have a maximum of 4 others in the building at this time, so it would only be for very brief visits, or for drop-off and pickup.
First Wednesday of the month – Soul Survivors will meet at 7:30 pm. For anyone affected by cancer or chronic illness (yourself or a family member). Contact: Gretchen Dewhirst
